Erlinda Cosio

Erlinda Elemos Cosio, 80, of Rialto, California passed away on 7, July 2020 in Upland, California. She was born 28, September 1939 in the Philippines to Conrado and Dolores Elemos.
Erlinda met and married her husband, Nestor Cosio, and together they shared 52 years of marriage. Erlinda and Nestor would have a beautiful family and have three children: Carmela Cosio Giliberto, Jade Cosio, and Flint Cosio.
Erlinda received a Bachelor’s degree in the Philippines, and would eventually open up her own Board and Care facility, which she managed for 7 years. She loved to knit and would sew and make blankets and pillowcases for her grandchildren. One of her grandsons even recalls making him a pair of pajamas! Erlinda loved to dance and would lovingly tend to her garden where she grew a variety of flowers. Yellow roses were always her favourite. She liked watching television game shows and would always tune in to the Wheel of Fortune and enjoyed the antics of Family Feud. Erlinda loved many dishes and going out to eat to experience the variety of cuisines. She especially liked Chinese food, dim sum, and was very fond of Sundowner’s restaurant.
Erlinda has 10 siblings and is predeceased in death by her brothers Tony Elemos, and Boy Elemos. She is survived by her husband, Nestor, her three children, and grandchildren AJ and Victoria. Erlinda is truly missed by her family, and will always be cherished and loved in the memories she leaves behind.
