Maria Costa

Maria Isabel Costa, 81, of Fontana, California passed away on 16, October 2019 in Fontana, California. She was born 26, March 1938 in Rosario, Argentina to Jacinto and Carmen Lopez.
Maria met and married the love of her life, Jose Costa, and together they shared 49 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they had two children, Marcela Heaton, and Richard Costa.
Maria was a well-known member of the Fontana Senior Center for 10 years and was always highly involved in membership activities and socialization with her fellow members. She loved to crochet, and was exceptionally skilled and would create one-of-a-kind creations of baby clothing, creating each unique stitch with her love as she gifted her creations to family, friends, and other members at the Senior Center.
Maria is preceded in death by her husband, Jose. She is survived by her daughter, Marcela, son Richard Costa, son-in-law, Rick Heaton, and daughter-in-law, Becky Costa. She is also survived by two beautiful grand-daughters, Francesca Golden, and Shanese Heaton, as well as two great-grandchildren, Parker Golden, and Maxwell Golden.
A memorial visitation for Maria will be Tuesday, 22, October 2019 at Ingold Funeral & Cremation. The family would like to encourage loved ones to please make donations to the Fontana Senior Center in Maria’s memory.
