Ralph Krohn

Ralph B. Krohn, 76, of Fontana, passed away on December 5, 2020 at Kaiser Medical Center. He was born to Albert Max and Delores Elizabeth Krohn on May 13, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois.
Ralph attended Fontana High School and graduated with the class of 1962. As a young man, he joined the U. S. Navy and proudly served his country. Ralph met and married the love of his life, Betty Ann Krohn and shared 55 wonderful years of marriage. Their union blessed them with two children; Ralph R. Krohn and Jeff Krohn.
Ralph was a giving man. It showed in his donation of kitchen and bathroom cabinets for 9 Habitat for Humanity Homes while teaching woodshop at San Bernardino High School. He was also a man of faith and a member of Shepard of the Hills Lutheran Church in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.
Ralph was a woodshop teacher at San Bernardino High School and proud owner of the Woodpecker Custom Cabinet shop.
Among his many hobbies and favorite pastimes, Ralph enjoyed woodworking, wood carving and wood scrolling. He was always very happy to share his wood working creations with people. Ralph delighted in spending time with his loved ones and the love of his life while camping.
Ralph is preceded in death by his father Albert Max Krohn, mother Delores Elizabeth Krohn, brother Albert G. Krohn, sister-in-law Diane Krohn, and sister Nancy Ann Adkins.
Ralph is lovingly survived by his beautiful wife Betty Ann Krohn, son Ralph R. (Lynette) Krohn, son Jeff Krohn, 4 grandchildren Joshua Krohn, Jessica Krohn, Allyson Krohn and Madyson Krohn; 5 great-grandchildren Rylan, Solomon, Micah, Liam, and Judah, and one brother Ronnie Krohn.
In memory of Ralph, donations can be made to Cancer Society or Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation.
