Antonio Villegas

Antonio aka (Tony) J. Villegas, Jr. Was born on May 19, 1941 to Antonio Villegas and Phyllis Puerto in Los Angeles, Ca. He was the 2nd eldest of 8 children.
Tony attended Brooklyn Elementary, Kern Middle, and Garfield High schools. To help the family He began working at a local Market at age 16, shortly after He was hired at a factory in East L.A. where he was promoted to Foreman, running the entire factory. Tony has worked various jobs and several careers allthrough his life but the job He enjoyed most was ministering and bringing lost souls into the Kingdom of God.
Tony gave his life to the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of 20 and faithfully, tirelessly served the Lord for over 60 years.
Tony, succeeding His Father, began Pastoring “Move of God Church” in Monterey Park, Ca where He pastored for 17 years. By the power of God Tony perform many miracles, raising the dead and bringing many souls to the Kingdom of God, preaching and teaching hundreds of powerful life changing miracles. Tony mentored, trained and dicipled all those that were hungry.
Tony attended the Morris Cerullo School of Ministry in 1961 and 1965 receiving his diploma of completion form Deeper Life Truth Bible Institute in National City, CA. In 1994, Tony became a member of the United States Chaplains Association and was Ordained a Minister of the Gospel by Crusade of Hope Ministries. In 2001 Tony joined the Association of International Gospel Assemblies, Incorporated.
Tony married his first wife Christine Almaraz and birthed 5 beautiful children. He married his second wife, Sabrina Benbury in 1986 and they had two more beautiful children.
In 1991 Tony was led by the spirit of the Lord to move his family to Boise Idaho to help grow a ministry, from there to Florida, Oklahoma and finally back to California. Upon returning to California God began to open mission trips to Mexico, Costa Rica, Thailand and Africa.
In 2008 the Lord led Tony to pastor a church “Century Christian Center” in Lynwood, CA.
The last several years Tony and his wife began to evangelize locally from church to church.
Tony transitioned from earth to his heavenly mansion on November 28, 2021. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Father, sisters Della Meehan, Gloria Anderson and Alice Villegas. His brother Richard Villegas and daughter Mary Villegas. Left to share his wonderful legacy are: his loving and devoted wife of 35 years Sabrina, sons Johnny Villegas, David Villegas and Antonio Villegas, III. Daughters, Rachel Villegas, Sarah Villegas and Alexandrya Joy Villegas. Nine Grands, 12 great grands. Three sisters, Linda Ochoa, Diane Gonzales and Elizabeth Marquez, a host of nieces, nephews, friends and many Christian children.
