Luz Quesada

Luz D. Quesada completed her journey on Saturday, Dec. 09, 2017. She was born Feb 6, 1927 To Apolinar R. and Patricia Diaz in Jerome Arizona.
Lucy was a lifetime resident in Colton, CA. where alongside her husband raised their four children. She worked as a Teachers Aid for Washington Elementary school in Colton where she helped pioneer the bilingual-Bi cultural program for the district. She was also a CCD teacher for Immaculate Conception Church and retired as the church secretary in 1992. She was a self taught pianist and many of our memories are of her playing her piano and singing.
She is preceded in death by her husband Genaro M Quesada, Son; Mario J. Quesada, and Daughter; Christina Quesada. As well as seven brothers and sisters. Ceasar, Moises, Apolinar, Thomas, Tony, Inocensia and Marrian (Mom).
She is survived by her son Genaro E. Quesada his wife Colleen. Daughter; SeAnna Quesada-Panico and sister Dolores Lenz. 9 Grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A Visitation Service will be held at Ingold Funeral & Cremation 8277 Juniper Ave . Fontana, CA 92335 on
Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 5PM - 9PM, Rosary to be at 7pm. A Graveside service will take place at Hermosa Gardens Cemetery at 11:30 am at 900 N. Meridian Ave. Colton CA. 92506.
