Marylou Enriquez Maciel

Marylou C. Enriquez Maciel passed away at the age of 78 in Ontario, California on June 12, 2023. Marylou was born to parents Moises L. and Maggie C. Enriquez on January 31, 1945 in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico. Marylou had 3 siblings: Willie Martinez, Oscar Martinez, and Margaret Wert. Marylou graduated from El Monte High School in 1963. She had one child, Paul Anthony Maciel and one granddaughter Aaliyah Nathalia Maciel.
Marylou worked for the LAUSD for 30 years as an administrative assistant in many different departments. She loved her job so much; she was usually the party organizer for the office. Marylou enjoyed traveling. She frequently visited Las Vegas, Laughlin and local casinos. She loved to eat at restaurants, especially buffets. Marylou loved to spend time with family. She loved spending time with her granddaughter Aaliyah, picking her up from school and going shopping without failure every Tuesday and Wednesday.
Marylou occasionally volunteered at church to take the consecrated bread and wine to the altar.
Marylou is predeceased by her mother, Maggie C. Enriquez who passed away on November 11, 2002 and father, Moises L. Enriquez who passed away on March 30, 2006. Marylou would often donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Marylou’s friends and family will carry her spirit with them forever.
