Bill was born on June 27, 1934 in Glens Falls, New York to parents Evan and Anne Porter.
Bill had one sibling: Sharon Porter.
After some time, Bill decided to move out to Southern California. He married Helen Porter and shared 68 years of a beautiful marriage together. They eventually had Mark Porter. Mark gave Bill and Helen 2 grandchildren and they gave them 5 great grandchildren.
Bill enjoyed camping and attending car shows. He was a fantastic carpenter as well.
Bill is predeceased by his parents, Anne and Evan Porter. They will all be missed dearly.
